We offer an initial consultation to discuss the project type, location, size, scope, and client expectations in a professional and thorough manner.

Upon completion of the initial consultation, we generate a detailed proposal and contract, ensuring clarity and transparency with each client.

Upon signing the contract, we conduct a re-confirmation on site analysis and zoning, utilizing city records to ensure a seamless progression towards the conceptual and schematic design phases. During this stage, we focus on creating the form and character of the building for development permit.

Upon securing the permit for development, we facilitate regular reviews and feedback sessions with the client throughout the duration of the project. We collaborate on the interior design, assist with consultant approvals, source contractors, and provide our guidance throughout the selection process.

We then create construction drawings for use in tendering in conjunction with building permits, coordinating with consultants to ensure seamless and accurate construction drawings.

Once construction begins, if requested by the client, we can assist through the entire construction process - from managing shop drawing and field reviews, down to simple requests for information.

We take immense pride in our work, and in order to ensure our high standards are maintained, Senior Architect Paul Schuster conducts a final walk-through and sign-off upon completion of each project.
